源自南通的制造积淀 / Rooted in Nantong’s Textile Heritage

卡诗兰顿（Kassleton）源自中国南通——享誉全球的家纺产业基地。我们的家族工厂深耕家纺制造二十年，在服务国际高端品牌的过程中，持续积累原料甄选、面料开发、织造工艺、成品制造与质量管理经验。

Kassleton is rooted in Nantong, China, one of the world’s leading home-textile manufacturing centres. Backed by two decades of family manufacturing experience, we have built extensive expertise through serving international premium brands—from material selection and textile development to weaving, finished-product manufacturing and quality management.

从原料到成品的一体化能力 / End-to-End Manufacturing Capability

我们重视每一件产品从概念到交付的完整过程。设计方向、纤维选择、面料结构、色彩呈现、裁剪缝制、细节收边、成品检验与包装交付均纳入统一管理，以更稳定的执行标准呈现设计。

We manage the complete journey from concept to delivery. Design direction, fibre selection, fabric construction, colour development, cutting, sewing, finishing, final inspection and packaging are coordinated under one system to deliver consistent execution and dependable quality.

• 原料甄选 / Material Selection：围绕长绒棉、匹马棉、桑蚕丝及天丝类纤维建立产品体系，并重视材料安全、触感与耐用性。
  Our portfolio is developed around long-staple cotton, Pima cotton, silk and TENCEL-type fibres, with close attention to safety, hand-feel and durability.
• 面料开发 / Textile Development：通过高支高密结构、色织提花与厚织提花等不同工艺，平衡柔软度、光泽、透气性与立体纹理。
  High-count constructions, yarn-dyed jacquard and heavyweight jacquard techniques are developed to balance softness, lustre, breathability and dimensional texture.
• 精细制作 / Refined Craftsmanship：从版型比例、花型衔接到缝制与收边，细节均经过反复检查，确保产品具有稳定的外观与使用体验。
  Proportion, pattern alignment, stitching and finishing are carefully reviewed to ensure a consistent appearance and reliable everyday performance.
• 成品管理 / Finished-Goods Control：每件产品在包装前进行外观、尺寸与工艺检查，以减少差异并确保交付品质。
  Before packing, finished products are checked for appearance, dimensions and workmanship to minimise variation and support dependable delivery.

卡诗兰顿的产品覆盖埃及棉、长绒棉、天丝、天丝棉、色织提花、厚织提花与匹马棉等系列。我们根据不同纤维特性与织造结构，开发从清爽透气、柔滑亲肤到立体奢华的多层次睡眠体验，为零售、品牌合作及高端项目提供更丰富的产品选择。

Kassleton’s portfolio spans Egyptian cotton, long-staple cotton, TENCEL, TENCEL-cotton, yarn-dyed jacquard, heavyweight jacquard and Pima cotton collections. By matching fibre characteristics with suitable constructions, we create experiences ranging from crisp breathability and fluid softness to richly textured luxury—supporting retail, brand partnerships and premium projects.

质量与长期价值 / Quality and Lasting Value

真正的品质不仅体现在第一眼，更体现在长期使用。我们关注面料稳定性、色彩表现、洗后状态、缝制牢度与整体触感，以系统化的质量意识贯穿开发与生产。部分材料与供应体系遵循 OEKO-TEX 等相关安全标准，具体信息以各产品页面标注为准。

True quality is measured not only at first sight, but over time. We focus on fabric stability, colour performance, post-wash condition, seam strength and overall hand-feel, applying a systematic quality mindset throughout development and production. Selected materials and supply systems follow relevant safety standards such as OEKO-TEX; product-specific details are stated on each product page.
